Ingredients

pounds chuck roast
1 cup
beef stock
pepper to taste
meat
ten
derizer (non-seasoned)
1
bag of baby carrots
Instructions
Season chuck roast with pepper and sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
Brown chuck roast on all sides.
Add meat, stock, and carrots to Crock-Pot.
Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.
