I cannot believe how quickly this year flew by! I don’t know about you, but I’m still in denial that Christmas is two weeks away. I am sooo not prepared.
Right now where I live in North Carolina everything has come to a full stop because of the weather.
Snow and sleet that people in the north would just be inconvenienced by is keeping us housebound. We are only on the first snow day from school but I am ready to pack up and go someplace warm.

Let me tell you, this chicken was so tender and scrumptious that I’d swear it was takeout from a fancy restaurant and not a kit meal prepared by my 10 and 14 year olds.
The lemon olive oil made the dish so bright and flavorful and the vinaigrette for the salad was very tasty. My girls even asked if we could buy some of the lemon olive oil to use when we cook chicken again.

I am a big fan of pork in general, hello bacon! But this pork tenderloin was one of the best tasting I have ever tried. So easy to make, too.
Simply add the oil, mustard, vinegar, and spices in the resealable bag that’s included in the kit and marinate the pork tenderloin you provide for up to 3 hours. Then grill.
I actually cooked ours in the oven because I didn’t realize we were out of propane until it was too late. Using a 
I especially liked the peach balsamic vinegar. Gave the pork a really delicious flavor.

I also have two cocktail kits, and I have to be honest, I haven’t tried them yet.
