Next Snack Time Think Outside the Bar! Try Nature Valley Biscuits and Granola Cups

Being the mom of five daughters is not easy, but when you add ‘work from home entrepreneur’ on to that list it makes everything more complicated. My schedule is kind of insane. Particularly when my girls have separate activities on the same night in opposite directions–usually a 45-minute drive away. This is complicated by the fact that I’m the sole chauffeur of the family. My husband is working temporarily out of state, and my two oldest do not have their driver’s licenses yet, even though they are both old enough and able to do so (but don’t have a car to drive). It’s tough enough to get everyone where they are going on time, let alone worry about feeding them in-between activities. Some nights we don’t eat dinner until after …

All opinions are mine alone. #RoadTripOil #CollectiveBias With my husband temporarily working out of state, our household bills have doubled while his salary basically stayed the same–which means our planned summer vacation had to be cancelled. I used to keep fruit snacks, granola and cereal bars in the house for them to snack on but when I actually read the labels I saw that they are filled with sugar, preservatives, and other additives my girls definitely do not need. So now am I extra careful about the snacks I keep on hand. I don’t …

My 17 yo #Ford #Excursion just turned over 100,000 miles! We bought it used with 36K on it 13 years ago. My girls and I worked out that we have purchased over $21,000 in gas to date (we averaged the price per gal b/c we lived in the Northeast when gas was super high for a long time then moved to the South where gas is MUCH cheaper!) I sure hope she keeps on purring along b/c I can’t afford to replace her just yet. . . . . #cars #car #ride #drive #driver #SUV #vehicle #street #road #freeway #highway #tires #muffler …
