Wow! I’m finding it hard to believe we are nearly at the end of February!! This year is flying by and I am LOVING all the new recipe ideas. It’s really made my dinner menu planning so much easier! AND the bonus is my kids have stopped complaining about having the same dishes over and over. I’m especially excited about this What’s For Dinner [weekly menu #5]! Everything looks so tasty! My kids are big fans of lasagna, and I’m trying to cook lighter foods, so can’t wait to try the turkey zucchini version!

My kids especially liked the Garlic-Ranch Bacon and Chicken Pizza. It was a big hit on Friday and took less than 15 minutes to put together, which made me very happy! Tonight we are making DIY California and Vegetable Rolls a favorite of ours and fun to make with the kids.
